If I order stickers for a friend and ship the decals to them, how can I tell you to exclude the invoice and/or include a note?

On the product page when you are placing your order, please include any special instructions in the input box below your choice for name and country flag.

My name is wrong, how do I get a replacement decal?

We cut and paste names directly from the order form, so it is possible that you may have typed it in wrong. Contact us and we will be happy to reprint your order for you.

I have not received my order yet. Where is it?

On orders within the U.S. please allow 2 weeks for delivery from time of purchase. For international orders please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. If you have not received your order within this time frame, please contact us and we will get a replacement sent to you right away. Some P.O. boxes may not comply with regular USPS standards, so you may be able to check with the postal service as well.

What is the difference between a die-cut sticker and a printed sticker?

A die-cut sticker is a decal cut from one color of pre-printed material and then transfer taped to make for easy installation. A printed sticker is best for multi-color jobs where detail is important. Both can create great effects.

The colors online look different than the actual decal. Why is that?

We do our best to accurately portray colors online. Usually when colors look different in person than online it is because your monitor may need to be callibrated.

Do you do waterslide decals or decals made for powdercoating?

No, we do not offer those types of decals.

How do I remove my decals?

All of our materials are made to maintain a secure bond but are also optimized for easy removal and minimal adhesive residue left behind. For name stickers, simply use your nail and peel the sticker away. For motocross graphics, grab an edge and pull back strong and quick. You can rub away any left over adhesive easily with your finger or a cloth.

I would like to see a proof of my graphics before they print. How can I get one?

You can get a proof e-mailed to you for an additional charge of $40. Just check the button at the bottom of the product page and select “Send me a proof.” We won’t print your order until you approve the artwork proof. We do not send proofs for orders unless this box is checked.

How do I install my motocross graphics?

We recommend you clean your plastics thoroughly, whether they are new or used, with soap and water and then wipe them dry with a paper towel. It is recommended that you install your graphics dry, without application fluid. Peel off the paper backing and line up the decal as best as you can. We like to start at an edge either at the very front or very back of any particular piece of plastic where there may be some sort of bolt hole or curvature to line the graphic up to. Take a hard plastic squeegee, or even just your fingers, and lay the graphic down pushing out any air bubbles as you go along. If you get a bubble, pull the graphic back hard and quickly. This reduces the chances of stretch. Once you have the main parts of the graphic laid down, go ahead and start rolling the edges under the seat. To lay the graphic down over hard edges (or on that pesky exhaughst side), we use a lot of heat. Either a blow dryer or a heat gun works best. Use your squeegee to push the air out. Allow 24 hours for the adhesive to set up before you ride the bike with your new graphics. We do not replace graphics that have fallen off because of poor install. If you would rather have the pros install your graphics for you, you are welcome to ship them to us or drop them off and we will install them for $20 for a whole bike kit, plus the cost of shipping it back to you.
