This is a style we previously used for Team Garmin-Cervelo. This style is printed upper/lower for the first name and all caps for the last name. These are printed on the clear background for a super pro look.

We use only the highest quality adhesive vinyl products. They are printed and laminated with a clear top layer to make them very durable. Easy to install, just peel and stick! Typical sticker height is .5" (15mm) tall, the length will vary with the length of your name/text. Generally the length is between 2.5"-4.5" (60mm-115mm) wide.
